Yes! Many children start with no prior martial arts experience. Classes are structured so beginners feel supported while more experienced students continue to grow.
Kids learn practical, real-world self-defense: escaping grabs, creating distance, using confident posture and voice, striking safely, and basic ground safety skills.
Absolutely. All partner drills are supervised, padded equipment is used, and safety is the top priority. We teach control, not aggression.
No—our program builds athletic ability over time. Kids improve strength, balance, coordination, and fitness at their own pace.
No. Sparring is optional, controlled, and only offered when a child is ready. Many students train successfully with no sparring at all.
Kids can attend any of our 7+ or family classes. Most families choose 2–3 days per week, but your child can train more often if they want.
